TV Snow To Launch Sophomore Album At The Bakery

JumpClimb are proud to announce the launch of Perth rapscallions sophomore LP, Red.

In their first year as a band, have supported US band,Lydia as well as Australian rockers, Bleeding Knees Club along with up and coming Australian acts such as Rainy Day Women and Ghost Hotel. They have had some time in Melbourne and have released an EP that was met with both acclaim and anticipation.

There is no easy way of dealing with the tumultuous 6 months the band has endured in the throws of finishing their LP. On the 14th of July, a day after they finished recording, they lost their bass player Ben, in a tragic turn of events. Ben, an avid surfer and loved his surfing and music, was fatally attacked by a shark whilst surfing in Wedge Island.

TV Snow lost a friend, a band mate and all around amazing guy and they were left with the haunting fact that he still lived on in his music he just recorded.  “From the moment I heard the news I was overwhelmed with sadness but I said to the boys, let us not stop until everyone has heard Ben!”

The band has named and dedicated their debut LP, Red, as Ben was known by his friends by that name.
