The newest addition to Perth’s thriving music scene, The Arsonist are quickly honing their stage and studio performances for what is set to be an exciting first year. With a penchant for dance-floor beats, thick, driving synths, and soothing harmonies, The Arsonist effortlessly create a brand of upbeat Electro-Pop that is overtly infectious.

Comprised of members from both past and present Perth acts (Karnivool, Eunuch Schools, Crysis and The Meaning Of), and displaying a collective experience well beyond that of a band in its embryonic stages, they have quickly made their mark on the local stage, having last impressed as part of the Wolves single launch at the Rosemount in March.

Recently completing their first collection of demos, the band will be aiming to get back into the studio at year’s end to commence working on their debut EP, setting their sights on a late 2011/early 2012 release.
