Moments: A Look Back At The Best SSN Snaps Of 2012

2012 was a magical year for live music. Whether it was a local or touring band, Perth managed to score some pretty darn great acts this year, and over that time we were there with a camera clickin’ away and living the gig cicruit dream. So to prove that we haven’t been sitting on our arses all year and to celebrate this awesome year of Perth music, we’ve made a list of our 20 best snaps of 2012 capturing everything from amazing live show antics to crowd climbing madness. The audience was crashing against the stage like a wave and the photographers were all being thrown around like rag dolls. Just managing to escape the onslaught of madness - up pops a 6ft plus man surfing the crowd. This is why we love live music!

PHOTO BY JESSE ROBERTS: Although this shot was taken early on in Santigold’s set, fans were already falling in love with the amazing stage show that was unfolding in front of them. Needless to say, the packed Bakery band room was buzzing with excitement, and glistening with sweat.
